The rules of the road for using UnstuntedSFX.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Sounds downloaded from UnstuntedSFX are licensed, not sold. The full license terms are available on our License page. In summary:
The license on downloaded sounds is perpetual — it survives cancellation of your subscription.
Paid plans (Creator, Pro Editor) are automatically renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel, your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) and your payment method is charged the then-current price via Stripe on the same date each period. We disclose the renewal price and interval before you pay, and you can cancel future renewals at any time — see Section 5.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro-tier features for a single user, with no recurring charges.
Because access to the Service and downloaded content is provided digitally and immediately, by purchasing you request that performance begin at once and acknowledge that, where a statutory cooling-off/withdrawal period would otherwise apply (e.g. for EU/EEA/UK consumers), it ends once access begins. This does not affect the voluntary refund windows described in our Refund Policy.
Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier. You keep all previously downloaded sounds under the license terms that applied when you downloaded them.
We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked refund on monthly and annual subscriptions, and a 7-day refund window on lifetime purchases. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.
You may delete your own account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
UnstuntedSFX, its logo, design, code, and non-sound content are the intellectual property of UnstuntedSFX. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks, brand assets, or platform code.
The sounds themselves are licensed to you under the terms described in section 3 and on the License page.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnstuntedSFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of [[STATE/COUNTRY OF FORMATION — e.g. the State of Delaware, USA]], without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in [[CITY/STATE OF JURISDICTION]], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
